Return Policy
- If the parcel is opened or the packaging is damaged, please do not accept it from the delivery partner.
- Always check the condition of the package before signing/accepting delivery.
- Once accepted, we cannot be held responsible for damage or missing items inside the package.
Eligible for Replacement If: You are eligible for a replacement if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
- There is a genuine manufacturing defect
How to Request a Replacement To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide an unedited opening video clearly showing:
- The package being opened from start to finish
- The issue with the product
- (This video is mandatory for claim verification)
Important Conditions
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Tags, labels, and accessories (if any) must be intact.
Not Eligible for Return or Replacement
- Orders placed in the wrong size by the customer
- Color variations due to screen, lighting, or resolution differences (these are not considered defects)
- Design or style selected by the customer but later found unsuitable
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery
- No opening video provided (claims without this cannot be processed)
- Products purchased during sales, discounts, or special offers (non-returnable)
- Items that have been used, washed, worn, or damaged after delivery
Refund Timeline
- Refunds will be processed within 15 working days.
- Refund will be credited to the same account used for payment.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be made to an account matching the customer’s name.
